Help for Monthkeep, ShiftCycle, Nosce, Snapbeat, Chaintap, Deduce Daily, and Sprout Merge.

Email bruno.ramos@me.com. One person reads it, so please include which app, your iOS version, and what you expected to happen.

Where your data is

All seven apps store everything on your device and make no network requests. That has two consequences worth knowing:

Nosce also offers its own encrypted backup, protected by a passphrase only you know. There is no way for anyone, including the developer, to recover that passphrase or decrypt the file without it — write it down somewhere safe.

Moving to a new phone

Restore the new phone from your device backup and the data comes across. There is no sign-in step, because there are no accounts.

Known limitations

Monthkeep — repeating commitments are set up once and cannot yet be edited or removed in-app. Entries cannot yet be edited or deleted. Both are planned.

ShiftCycle — a shift type with no pay rate set contributes hours but no earnings, and the summary does not currently flag this. If your earnings look lower than expected, check Settings → Pay rates first.

Nosce — HealthKit read access is used only to import bleeding days from Health. Nosce never writes anything back to Health.

Snapbeat, Chaintap, Deduce Daily, Sprout Merge — these four are small offline games with no known issues. Each has a Reset progress option in-app if you ever want to start fresh. Deduce Daily generates one puzzle per calendar day, computed on your device — there's no way to replay a past day's puzzle once it's finished.

Reporting a bug

Please include the app name and version (Settings shows it), your device and iOS version, what you did, and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
